Five Stars Good textbook.Straightforward book This book is refreshing to read among other law school texts. It is concise and clearly written. There are also a lot of examples included and an interesting online, interactive addition for the new versions.Really Good Property Book!! Get the Right Supplement and You're Golden!! This book lays out the material so simply it's almost an insult to your intelligence. I had a full year of property law. First semester I used the Aspen series (big red book) casebook that contained virtually nothing more than the cases themselves with virtually no explanations. Switching to this book was a night and day difference. This book clearly explains the concepts and even has a few little charts throughout to help!My advice: consider supplementing this book with the "Understanding Property Law" published by LexisNexis.
